How does the Contruction sector impact on Climate Change?
There are a number of ways that this sector produces greenhouse gases (directly and indirectly) from the design of individual buildings or developments, through construction materials and techniques and from the operation and maintenance of a development. The following provides two examples from different parts of this chain; one covering material selection, the other the operational aspects.
